 Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Achieve leasing objectives and targets set by the Director Leasing and monitor regularly to ensure all objectives are achieved.
  • Managing the Leasing sales team and their monthly target
  • Lease vacant space according to leasing plan / schedule in accordance with the relevant time frames set out therein and according to defined retailer mix and target.
  • Manages all leasing activities including attracting new tenants, vetting prospective clients, rental negotiations and the development of attractive leasing packages.
  • Perform and ascertain market intelligence in order to gain information that would lead to maximizing the mix and quality of the tenant representation within the project
  • Prepare weekly and monthly

REQUIREMENTS · Bachelor’s Degree in Business · Minimum 5 to 8 years’ experience in Real Estate and  Leasing. · Certification from RERA
· Takes own initiative, enjoys responsibility, efficient, reliable, self-confident, enthusiastic, energetic. · Ability to write and converse in English – Arabic would be a bonus.  

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • – Conduct research and analysis of property market to identify areas with increasing demand and profitability margin
  • Scout and identify investors with property consultancy needs
  • Contact potential clients through calls, emails, etc to offer them property consultancy services
  • Prepare and present business proposals to convince clients and secure a deal
  • Monitor the property market to watch out for new and old properties up for sale
  • Put properties up for sale by advertising them on various media and advert channels
  • Carry out the marketing of property vacancies to attract prospective tenants with the help of administration team
  • Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of property laws and policies
  • Build and establish good working relationship with both the buyers and the sellers
  • Evaluate the objectives of an investor to identify their needs and requirements
  • Conduct surveys to obtain data which provides information regarding profitable property investments
  • Give clients recommendations and advice on appropriate property investments to
  • Maintain a database of commercial, and residential properties available on the property market
  • Develop and implement strategies effective in increasing the value of a property
  • Conduct price negotiations with property agents on behalf of a client to reach a favorable bargain

REQUIREMENTS

  • Minimum of one year sales experience
  • Strong negotiation skills, experience in offering expert customer service to clients
  • A high degree of commitment and an independent way of working
  • Excellent English skills are mandatory (Read Write Speak)
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and a strong sense of team spirit
  • Candidates must be confident, and have a professional appearance
  • RERA Certified is a plus or have strong willingness to do training
  • UAE Driving License is mandatory
